Park Regent is a new vision of luxury in the already thriving Desa ParkCity, and we are proud to have been appointed to turn this vision into reality. Under an extensive contract worth RM517 million, we will be responsible for building 505 units across two towers, along with a 5-level podium, a 4-level car park and a series of leisure areas interspersed throughout this vertical landscape.
